Dr. Rachael Lang
Dr. Rachael Lang was born and raised in Scotland where she undertook her veterinary training at the University of Glasgow, graduating with commendation in 2015. After graduation, Rachael worked in the Lake District in England for three years in a busy general practice that provided their own emergency care. While there, she developed her medical and surgical skills and developed her passion for emergency medicine. In 2018 she moved to Canada where she took a position working in Calgary's largest emergency and referral hospital for over three years. There, she honed her management of emergency and critical care skills through working closely and learning from specialists.
In 2021 Rachael, her husband and their two twin labradors, Penny and Copper, made the move out West where they have made Squamish their home. Outside of work Rachael spends as much time as possible travelling, spending time in the mountains and socialising with friends.
