Meet Em, one of our full-time CSRs. Originally from England, Em has always centered her life around animals. In between school, where she studied animal welfare and behavior, Em worked with rescue parrots at Greyhaven Exotic Bird Sanctuary. After graduating, Em made the jump to veterinary care, working at North Shore Animal Hospital for 4 years before coming to Mountainside. When she’s not working, Em likes to spend time with her partner, golden retriever, tabby cat, bird (and fish).
