With my background in Customer Service spanning 15 years, I transitioned into the world of animal care, with a profound love for my furry friends.

For me, it was the perfect convergence of my extensive CSR experience and a passion for animals. Being a part of an animal ER allows me to serve both animals and their families, a role I cherish deeply. I love interacting with pet owners, listening to them, and showing my empathy in difficult circumstances.

Outside of work, I lead a fulfilling life with my husband and our adorable cat, Fandogh, who rejoined our family two and a half years after our immigration to Canada. Besides my role as a CSR, my husband and I are wood artists, enjoying spending time in our lovely art studio when away from the hospital.
