At Mountainside, prioritizing staff morale is at the core of our values. To ensure a positive and engaging work environment, we've entrusted the planning of exciting events to the talented Jamie, who leads our social committee.

In a recent team-building endeavor, Jamie organized a skating outing at the shipyards. Staff got to have fun together and encourage each other as they faced their fears on the ice. Some staff even went from using an assist to skating on their own!

The afternoon was a perfect blend of fun, laughter, and team spirit, with the added bonus of no falls! It was an enriching experience that not only strengthened our team bonds but also contributed to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our staff.
