Our staff are always looking for ways to take care of themselves both mentally and physically, and many find solace in heading to the gym for some strength training. This week, after a particularly stressful day, two of our team members decided to hit the gym together. After an invigorating workout session, both felt noticeably happier and more energetic. It’s amazing how combining physical activity with time spent with friends can uplift our spirits and rejuvenate us after a tough day. At Mountainside, we encourage our staff to find balance and take time for self-care. Whether it's hitting the gym, going for a walk, or simply spending time with loved ones, these activities can make a significant difference.
