Meet Nat, our go-to animal enthusiast with a heart as big as Brazil. Even before joining us four years ago, Nat was already a part of the animal care world. Her journey began with volunteering and working with animals back home. At Mountainside, she started as an overnight CSR, and her genuine passion and dedication led her to become our Lead CSR.

Our resident hugger and cheerful team member is known for her contagious smile. Her warm and welcoming demeanor not only brightens our workplace but also provides excellent service to our clients. As a manager, Nat guides her team with enthusiasm and motivates everyone with her positive attitude.

During her time off, you'll spot Nat at the beach or watching a new TV show. Nat is also a cat parent to Scarlett, known for her delightfully round figure and ongoing weight loss aspirations.
