Client Service Representatives (CSRs) are the heartbeat of our hospital, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our clients receive exceptional care. While we strive to appreciate our CSRs daily, this April, during CSR Appreciation Week, we took extra steps to show our gratitude.

We assembled delightful goodie bags brimming with treats and had our team write heartfelt messages in cards for each CSR. The celebration doesn’t end there; we are excitedly preparing for an upcoming CSR dinner. This event is our way of replenishing their spirits, just as they consistently uplift everyone around them.
