Mountainside Olympic Games

In the spirit of the Olympic Games, our Social Coordinator, Jamie, organized an exciting two-week event featuring eight fun games for our staff! Teams were divided by department ("countries"), and the games have been running throughout the week, adding some friendly competition and excitement to our days.

The scoreboard and game list are displayed in a central location for easy access. Everyone is welcome to participate in each game once for their team, and games can be played anytime during the day. You’ll just need someone to time you. Most supplies are provided—just remember to return items after use so others can join in the fun.

Here’s a breakdown of the games:

1. Fastest Cone Assembly

Assemble a large buster e-collar as quickly as possible. The fastest time wins!

2. Don’t Spill Your Coffee

Carry a cup filled to the red line through the clinic, navigating obstacles. The fastest person to complete without spilling wins—if you spill, you’re out!

3. Throw Your Garbage Out Toss

Toss 5 pieces of prepped “garbage” into a bin from a designated distance. Fastest time earns gold!

4. Fastest Poop Scoop

Scoop 10 "cat stools" from a litter box using plastic forks. The quickest team member wins!

5. Collect the Most Pee

Using a plastic spoon, transfer "urine" from a kidney dish to a measuring cup. Fill to the red line as fast as you can.

6. Count Like Your Job Depends on It

Grab a pre-counted bag of cash and count it quickly. Match the total with the correct answer or be disqualified!

7. CCC (Collecting Cat Kibble)

Using cat gloves, gather all the cat kibble from a table and place it in a tupperware container. Fastest wins!

8. Pill Counting

Count the capsules from a vial. Get the count right and be the fastest for a gold medal!

After playing each game, participants should record their times on the designated scoreboard. Keep track of all scores and award medals to the top-performing teams. Let’s keep the competition going and have some fun!
